Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

We know how important it is to receive your cards quickly and safely. All orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.

UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use Royal Mail to ensure your collectables arrive securely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following tiers:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, goods moving from Great Britain into the EU require customs declarations and are subject to EU import rules. When your package arrives in your destination country, it may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and courier clearance fees.

  • The buyer is strictly responsible for paying any and all customs charges.

  • Rees Collectables does not collect these fees at checkout; we ship under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, meaning the customer must pay the local authorities to release the goods.

  • If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay the required import duties, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund.

The Rees Collectables Packaging Guarantee

As collectors ourselves, we take packaging incredibly seriously for all TCGs, whether it is Pokémon, One Piece, or Yu-Gi-Oh.

  • Single Cards: All singles are sleeved, placed into a rigid plastic top-loader or semi-rigid card saver, and shipped in a hard-backed envelope to prevent transit damage.

  • Sealed Products: Booster boxes, ETBs, and other sealed products are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy, appropriately sized cardboard boxes to protect the factory seals and corners.

Order Tracking

When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the Royal Mail system.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you haven’t received your UK order within 10 working days (or 20 working days for EU orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@reescollectables.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you immediately.
